As the end of the year quickly approaches, there are some important dates and deadlines to keep in mind to ensure everything runs smoothly. Since launching in 2016, VRA has adhered to a calendar year which reserves the last 2-weeks of the year for planning, strategy, rest, in many cases connecting with our families in preparation for the busy year ahead. This year is no different.
2020 Holiday Hours and Campaign Submission Reminders
Our last working day will be on 12/18/20, and we will be operating with a limited staff through a return to business on 1/4/21. To ensure everything continues to run as smoothly and effectively as possible during this time, please take note of these important campaign cutoffs and service guidelines.
Below are important dates to keep in mind to ensure that your projects are successful:
If your campaign launch date is December 7th – December 11th, Submit your content by December 3rd.
If your campaign launch date is December 14th – December 18th, Submit your release by December 10th.
If your campaign launch date is December 28th – January 11th, Submit your content by December 17th
It is possible that our 48-hour content and campaign launch period may be delayed due to higher amounts of received content. It is highly recommended that the submission dates outlined above are followed to accommodate your requested campaign launch dates during this time of year.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT UPDATES
Due to the high volume of deliveries and launches, we manage during this time of year, we do not recommend making changes to an active campaign between December 20, 2020, and December 28, 2020.
Make sure to submit any important content, budget changes, or campaign changes by the respective deadlines noted in this article.
December 17, 2020, will be the last day to submit content in 2020, and we will get back to our regular approval schedule on January 4th, 2021.
VISIONARY RISING OFFICE CLOSURE DATES
December 19th, 2020 through January 1st, 2021, for Holiday Break.
Our offices will reopen on January 4th, 2021.
